Job description

We’re looking for either a part-time or full-time entry-level operations specialist. The ideal candidate is someone who aims to learn various skills through the different departmental functions of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Keeping track of user concerns through the chat and email inboxes

• Review and curation of user-submitted entries for referral programs

• Create marketing campaigns on the website and on other social media platforms

• Communicate with the developers about bug issues and fixes

• Review submission of user-generated content

• Coordinating with users about their premium plan on the platform

• Management of internal tasks to meet the team’s objectives

• Moderate forum discussions between users
