Anyone else having no luck with this website's support team?

support help 🤔 Referral Process Troubleshooting Discussions

they advise you to contact their support team via message, which i've done several times, but still no response whatsoever... how am i supposed to get them to look into the problems i'm facing with this site? (not being rewarded coins for completing the tasks)

I reached out to them months ago and didn't get a response. I even checked in maybe 2 months ago (because maybe my message got lost... Or forgotten about) purely out of curiosity by this point. Nothing. Not even crickets. And now I can't find the button to "save" a referral program that I want to check out later. Is that only me?
