I've been actively investing since August 2019. In my investing journey with stocks, ETFs, bonds, and crypto I use several investing platforms. In my experience, the Acorns investing platform is the easiest to use.

As the saying goes, set it and forget it. Acorns is as automated as you can get when it comes to investing. Acorns is considered to be a micro robo financial services company. When I opened my Acorns account over five years ago I picked moderately aggressive for my risk tolerance out of the five choices given.

Every week Acorns pulls the money I've allocated from my bank and invests between the same six pre-selected index funds or ETFs. The funds earn dividends on a monthly or quarterly basis and get automatically reinvested. You can include individual stocks and crypto, but I've not selected this option because I use other investing/crypto apps for that. So my selection is limited through a handful of index fund or ETFs based on my risk sentiment.

With Acorns, investing into the markets is on cruise control. Interestingly enough Acorns has been one of the best performing platform of my investing apps, so there is something to say about automating your investments.
