Stay away from...

I can no longer recommend CryptoTab. I've waited two months at least to post this to be sure but they are, without a doubt, selectively scamming. My withdrawals have been "processing" for weeks and after reconfirming, the same happens. Some self-evident proofs:

• Pending amount does not return to "Affiliate" balance after failing to process.

• No, the withdrawal cannot be reversed or cancelled.

• FAQ states several things that lead one to believe this is blockchain congeation but it is not:

  • No transaction hash is provided even though FAQ states to check block explorer for more info.

  • When "processing" withdrawal finally fails weeks later, it clearly states their administrator denied it and contact them. Nothing about blockchain congestion.

  • Not even a timestamp on withdrawals.

  • No way to pay gas fee for a faster transaction yet FAQ claims a minimum amount may be necessary to get picked up by validators... So why not enforce that minimum instead of allowing any arbitrary or small amount? This means they are covering the transaction fee each time MY withdrawal fails? Doubtful.

• And plenty more.

• Yes, I contacted support, they replied and said it was being looked into... a month ago and have not followed up.

But this is not a single transaction, I have multiple stuck transactions, months old totaling atleast ≈$300.

Stay away from CryptoTab products folks. Try the new platform I have and who I have spoken with via email extensively only to be met with ACTUAL responsive, and conversational, meaningful, replies.
