National Consumer Panel (NCP)- Tip and Tricks of the week Your Order Includes Pick Up and Delivery

If you place a single order, but some items are for pick up and others will be delivered, please report it as two separate shopping trips.

.
Be sure to use the same shopping trip date and the same total amount spent for both so we know they belong to the same order.

Pickup items - When you pick up your order, scan those items and submit the shopping trip.

Delivery items - When your items are delivered, scan them and submit a separate shopping trip.

So you'll end up with two shopping trips for the same order: one for pickup and the one for delivery.
