Referral life....exchanges, trust?

In an attempt to collaborate and make exchanges as fair and based on trust as possible, this happens to me:

Someone contacts me for an exchange of offers, propose me an offer (Kriptomate) that requires an investment of $100 and the bonus ($20) after one month.

I also propose an investment offer ($50 investment, instant bonus - Akt.io).

To overcome the problem of trust I take the first step and sign up with his affiliate link....... And since then silence has fallen over the conversation... I have still tried to contact him without success.

Moreover, I didn't even get the bonus from Kriptomat because he didn't verify his account ... pffff.

What to do in this case?

What is the recipe for an honest and reliable exchange of offers?
