| Become a fractional owner of Dutch real estate and get a discount on your first bond by using my unique link! | 🔹Ownership starts at €100,- per bond and it's up to you how much bonds of the property you wish to buy. APY per property-bond can vary from 4,5% to 6,5% net. depending on the building. 🔹The rent payout through the bonds happen on a quarterly basis and if you should decide that the platform is not for you, then at all times you'll be able to hand the bonds back in for your purchasing price or through the P2P-platform. 🔹You'll be able to pay for the bonds with your bank or credit-/debit card and chose an account address to have your rents deposited to. 🔹Assets can appreciate (especially in this scarce housing market) and offer potential extra returns.
