Affinity FCU offers no-fee checking and savings accounts with a pretty decent APY. The checking account also comes with a debit card with 1% cashback up to $10 per month on any purchase. You will need to have $5 deposit if you are not already affiliated with Affinity but they can be withdrawn once you decided to close your accounts. You might be asked for my name during signup. This now works across the USA.
To earn the bonus, you have to open an account (costs $5) and make a direct deposit of at least $100.
Once you open your account, you can make referrals too. You get $100 for each referral, up to 10 times.
This account has some other good features: 1% cash back debit card, 4% savings account on up to $10k balance (program could changes, this is as of 2024/02/06), pretty good credit card with 5% back on Amazon plus some other bonuses.
Plus, it's the largest credit union in all of New Jersey! LOL
